Hiring Process

BAE reviews all applicants’ cover letters and resumes

• Selected applicants will be invited to interview with the Program Coordinator and will present a lesson plan that demonstrates your teaching style. Candidates will be given feedback to incorporate into the next stage of the interview process if they move forward.

• Candidates will re-present their lesson plan to the Program Coordinator, Program Manager, and other members of the BAE team.

• Selected candidates will receive notification if they are hired and scopes of work will be offered as they become available.

• All teaching artists start training Aug 16, and begin teaching in September.
